Hexagon Store Items
HLN-A hexagon trading terminals sell resources, cryopods, saddles, consumables, ship components, and tiered loot crates. Green/yellow/red crates contain random gear scaled to character level. Cryopods enable safe tame transport between Genesis biomes.
Early priorities: metal tools, crossbow, cryopods, hazard suit pieces. Mid-game: ship frame components, X-Creature saddle blueprints, tek fragments. Late-game: red loot crates for tek blueprint gambling.
Mission and Glitch Rewards
Mission completion grants hexagons plus direct loot — saddles, armor, weapons, and consumables. Alpha missions drop hazard gear for Lunar biome. Glitch repairs grant smaller hexagon bundles and unlock HLN-A lore entries.
Ocean alpha missions frequently drop Megalosaurus saddles and rifles. Volcanic missions reward element dust. Lunar missions provide tek components unavailable from other biomes.
Tides of Fortune Equipment
Ship structures: Shipyard (build/repair/dock), Aquarium (display fishbasket creatures), Cargo Ledger (withdraw from nearby containers), Bounty Board (tribe contracts for hexagons), Market (server-wide trading), Aquatic Compartment (underwater habitats).
Weapons: Hand Cannon short-range firearm with knockback. Ship ammunition: Reinforced, Incendiary, and Corrosive cannonballs. Treated Planks, Ship Frames, Hull Panels, and naval cosmetics require Tides of Fortune engrams.
Exclusive Engrams
Genesis adds Tek Triceratops saddle, Magmasaur saddle, Bloodstalker saddle, Astrocetus saddle, and naval equipment lines. Some engrams require boss trophy unlocks or mission chain completion.
