Lumina Dragon Launch
Lumina — Umbra's sun-sworn counterpart — is now tameable in Dragontopia. Scatter celestial traps, vanish with Light Flash, and enter Draco Fury sun-flare state that strips Tek defenses. Lumina Eggs enable breeding. Lumina, Umbra, and Gargantar temporarily spawn on other ARK maps except The Island until the full Dragontopia skyworld map releases.
Taming method: weaken Lumina to roughly 20% health with firearms (shotgun recommended), then complete three riding mini-games — Simon Says button sequences, Target Practice light beacons, and Diving obstacle avoidance. See our Lumina guide for full walkthrough.
Umbra and Dragontopia Fixes
Fixed multiple Dragon Horn issues on Umbra. Improved Umbra AI target tracking. Prevented ability triggers while using Spyglass or Tek Binoculars mounted. Resolved gamepad control issues including Sprint HUD display. Fixed Umbra Display Case height, Deep Diver milestone progression, Mindwipe not refunding Dragon Skill Points, and tracked Dragontopia Milestones disappearing after completion.
Naval and Hand Cannon Changes
Hand Cannon damage increased 300%. Fixed water interaction on water surface hits. Adjusted Grapeshot ammo crafting costs. Fixed Corrosive Ship Cannonball missing icon and description. Improved Bounty Board map creature whitelisting.
Ship physics optimized with improved buoyancy. Sloop max speed and steering force reduced ~10%. Brigantine structure limit raised to 200; Sloop limit raised to 75. Cannons now fire in first-person from ship wheel. Numerous Shipyard docking, desync, damage overlay, and PvE loot theft fixes.
